Pumpkin Patch’n

Happy Sunday Everyone! I love Halloween time for a few reasons, 1. Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes, 2. Dressing up the kids in their adorable costumes and going trick or treating and 3. Pumpkin Patches/Corn Mazes! We’ve been wanting to go to the pumpkin patch and corn maze on a weekend for a few weeks but either it decided to snow randomly or we’ve been out of town. Luckily last weekend the weather was nice so we finally got to go.

I just realized my husband has the memory card with all our other pumpkin patch pictures, I will update this post when he gets back from his work trip because they are some good ones of Kyden trying to lift big pumpkins haha but for now here are some pictures from our day 🙂 UPDATED: I just found them hah I need more coffee in my life!

Kyden was obsessed as soon as we pulled up because there were tractors everywhere (his favorite) and recently every time he see’s a pumpkin he thinks he’s all of a sudden hercules and tries to pick them up, especially the biggest ones and grunts non stop while the pumpkin doesn’t even budge haha it’s really cute to watch. Right away we went over to the pumpkins and Kyden did just that and was running around testing out each pumpkin. I got Jett out of the stroller and he was soooo cute! He’s definitely put on some good chub these past few weeks so he mixed in with the pumpkins well, by far the cutest 🙂 and we walked looking at everything! They had tractor rides, wagon rides, a corn pit, petting zoo, food trucks and soo much to do! I was hoping we could get around to everything but literally were were there for 20 minutes and out of nowhere it started to get sooo crazy windy, which made it feel so cold out!  Luckily we had a blanket in the car that we wrapped Kyden in and I bundled Jett up and put him back in the stroller to stay warm. We only stayed for 10 or 15 more minutes because it got really cold. Kyden still insisted on going through the corn maze and before we left he made sure he sat at least once on each tractor they had there. Overall it was a successful trip minus the bad weather but still glad we were able to go even for a bit for the kids.

Hope everyone had a great weekend, I’m excited to see pictures of all the costumes Xo
